THIS JUNK IS BUSTED

This item is absolute garbage. It's so terrible, it makes me want to cry. I've used it a million times, and it still fails miserably. The construction is cheap, and the layout are stupid. Honestly, I can't understand how they could sell thisproduct without being embarrassed. I'm so frustrated that I hoped I'd acquired something functional instead.
